Stefanie Minnett is a Certified Professional Life Coach with a heart for helping people unlock their full potential. Using a faith-based approach to coaching, she empowers clients to transform their lives by committing to growth in five key areas: spiritual, physical, financial, social, and emotional.

With over 20 years of experience in the social services field, Stefanie brings wisdom, compassion, and real-world strategies to every coaching session. Her background includes life coaching, domestic violence education, and child advocacy. She currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem, where she continues her lifelong mission of standing up for those who need a voice. Stefanie is deeply family-oriented and actively involved in her church community. Whether she's mentoring youth, supporting fellow women of faith, or helping a client take the next bold step in their life journey, her goal is always the same: to inspire change that lasts.

This workshop is a two-part group workshop that will assist with achieving goals and assist with learning how to be intentional with just 5 minutes a day. This will make commitment simple, realistic, and sustainable. Together we will explore practical strategies and share experiences in a group session. Workshop One: Laying the foundation, creating your personalized daily 5-minute commitment plan. Workshop Two: Building momentum, checking -in, celebrating progress, and deepening your commitment level.
